Well i have tested it in J&k hope it works in your area too but before you continue reading anything you need to spend around 110+60 INR for 1GB.
Step 1)

Activate 100MB Data Plan by Sending MBB100 To 51111

Now you will be getting 100mb data Usage for 1 month.

if error persists keep on trying. After you get Success read below

Step 2)

Keep you phone is GSM mode and activate 1GB plan by sending M51 to 51234

You will receive 1024MB data in your account

Now switch to 3G mode and See the Difference

i`ve discovered this trick so before Copy Paste Do give Credits to real owner
